MyPetLab is a software platform, not a healthcare or clinical provider. Always seek a licensed veterinarian for medical care.
Bookings & Salons
Grooming contracts are executed directly between pet owners and individual salons. MyPetLab charges 0% commission on bookings.
Data Ownership & Security
Your data is your property. We apply bank-grade 256-bit encryption and never sell personal or customer information.
Account Responsibility
Salon operators are responsible for staff credentials, permissions, and maintaining accurate salon data.
Acceptance of Terms & Identity of the Provider
Welcome to MyPetLab. By accessing our web application (mypetlab.app and country domains), using our mobile apps (iOS & Android), or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Platform.
The service is operated and provided by MyPetLab Inc. ("MyPetLab", "we", "us", or "our"). For inquiries, legal notices, or customer support, you can reach our team at info@mypetlab.app.
Description of the Platform
MyPetLab is an integrated cloud ecosystem offering:
- B2B Salon Management Software: A software-as-a-service (SaaS) application providing appointment scheduling, multi-staff calendar views, client records, pet technical profiles, cash register (till) logging, inventory, and automated WhatsApp reminder triggers.
- B2C Pet Parent Portal & App: A digital health diary enabling owners to record vaccinations, microchip IDs, and book appointments directly with participating salons.
Online Bookings & Direct Salon Relationship
Technology Provider Role
MyPetLab acts strictly as a neutral technology infrastructure provider and does not employ groomers or perform pet treatments.
Direct Customer-Salon Contract
The grooming service contract is strictly between the customer and the selected salon. Pricing, quality, and guarantees are the salon's responsibility.
Payments & Invoicing
Grooming payments are collected directly by the salon at checkout. MyPetLab takes 0% commission on services.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation rules and thresholds are set independently by each salon. Reminders are sent to minimize forgotten slots.
Subscriptions & Billing (For Professionals)
Professional access to the salon dashboard requires an active subscription following our 14-day free trial. Plans (Base, Premium, Elite, Business) are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout.
Intellectual Property & Account Conduct
All software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and UI designs of MyPetLab are the exclusive property of MyPetLab. Users agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any portion of the software. Users must provide accurate business information and adhere to humane animal welfare standards.
